These terms describe how we operate jptogel and what we expect from you as a user. We are transparent about account requirements, payment processing, dispute handling, and the jurisdictions where our services are available. Read this document before opening an account or placing any bet or game session on jptogel.

Account Opening and User Eligibility

- Breach of local law in your jurisdiction
When we close an account, we attempt to return your available balance via your original deposit method within five business days. Pending bets or game sessions are settled according to their rules and may not be refundable.
Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payments

Withdrawal requests process within one business day for e-wallet methods and up to two business days for bank transfers. We do not charge withdrawal fees. Funds return to the original deposit method; cross-method transfers are not permitted.
If your withdrawal is delayed, contact our Customer Support team with your request ID. We investigate and provide an update within 24 hours.
We reserve the right to delay withdrawals if we detect suspicious activity or if you have pending disputes. Once disputes are resolved, withdrawal processing resumes.
Bonus and Promotion Terms
We offer welcome bonuses and promotional credits to new and returning users on jptogel. Each promotion carries specific terms: minimum stakes, expiry periods, game restrictions, and withdrawal conditions. Promotional credits expire if unused within the stated window, typically 24–48 hours. Expired bonuses cannot be recovered or transferred.

Market Rules and Settlement

Sportsbook bets settle based on official match results or tournament outcomes. Live-dealer games settle based on dealt cards or wheel spins. Slot games settle based on certified random-number generator results.
If we identify a technical error—for example, a misquoted odds display or a duplicate wager—we void the affected bet and refund your stake at full value. You receive notification and a refund receipt in your jptogel account.
Dispute Resolution
If you dispute a settlement, contact our support team within 48 hours of the market or game conclusion with your bet or game ID and a detailed description. We review your claim against our records, any official source data (for sportsbook), and our game logs (for slots and live-dealer). We respond with a settlement decision (confirmed, reversed, or voided) within 24 hours on business days.
